Jefferson Office Phones down - January 22, 2026, 12:21 PM
This afternoon, Frontier damaged i3’s fiber connection supporting phone and internet services. As a result, the Jefferson Office is currently without phone and internet service. i3 has provided a hard service restoration date of Monday, though they will attempt to restore service sooner if possible. Jefferson staff are aware of the issue. Please use Dialpad and/or staff cell phones when contacting the Jefferson Office. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We have received confirmation from i3 that this issue has been fully resolved. There shouldn’t be any further issues with inbound calls, but please reach out to the helpdesk with any issues.
Inbound phone calls now working - January 6, 2026, 11:35AM
Inbound phone calls are now connecting successfully. However, I3 has not yet officially declared the issue fully resolved. We will continue to monitor the service and provide updates as more information becomes available.
Phone System Outage - January 6, 2026, 9:12AM
Our phone service provider, I3, is currently experiencing call routing issues this morning. Outbound calls are connecting successfully; however, inbound calls may not be reaching us. I3 is actively working to resolve the issue but has not provided an estimated time for resolution at this point. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We have received the all clear from I3 in regard to their outage. Our phones have been switched back to our main system from the backup. They have been tested and confirmed working at this time.

It has been confirmed that calls are connecting but neither side can hear each other. There is currently an issue on I3s end that they are investigating. We have switched over to our backup calling connection, so outbound calls can be successfully made. Once I3 has a resolution we will send out another update.
